While we maintain the highest standards in quality and packaging, we understand that, on rare occasions, you may wish to return a product. Our policy is designed to be transparent, respectful of your rights, and aligned with the best interests of our customers and our brand.

Returns — Timeframe & Conditions

We accept return requests made within 7 calendar days from the date the order was delivered to you.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition, including all branded packaging, authenticity certificates, tags, and invoice. Items must not be sent without prior written approval. Any unauthorized or non-compliant returns may be rejected.

Returns are accepted only for valid reasons, such as sizing issues (for non-customized items), incorrect delivery, or rare manufacturing defects. Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, personalization, and ethical resale reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings (due to hygiene protocols)
  • Customized or personalized jewelry, including engraved or made-to-order items
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards or store credits

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our team within the 7-day window by emailing returns@fauxxjewels.com or calling +91-8855820660. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos or videos if applicable.

Once your return is approved, detailed return instructions will be provided. Returns without approval will not be accepted.

Shipping & Liability

Unless the return is due to a confirmed error by Fauxx (such as wrong item or damage in transit), the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable and insured courier. Fauxx is not liable for returns lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

Inspection & Quality Check

All returned items undergo quality inspection upon arrival. If the item is approved, we proceed with the refund or exchange. If it fails inspection due to usage, damage, or tampering, the return will be rejected and the customer must bear the re-shipping cost to receive it back.

Refunds & Timelines

Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Store credit or exchange can also be arranged upon request, subject to stock availability.

Disputes & Final Rights

Fauxx reserves the right to accept or reject return requests based on available evidence. This policy is subject to change without prior notice. We may offer goodwill resolutions on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.
