1. Serviceable Locations

We deliver across India including all metro cities, towns, rural, and remote regions. International delivery is available on request and subject to approval. If your pin code is unserviceable or high-risk, our team will inform you within 48 hours of order placement.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order items may take 5–12 days depending on design complexity. No processing is done on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Delivery Timelines

4. Courier Partners

We work with trusted logistics providers including Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, DTDC, India Post, FedEx, and the Shiprocket network. You will receive tracking details by email or WhatsApp after dispatch.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2000
  • Below ₹2000, standard courier charges apply (calculated at checkout)
  • COD orders include a ₹99 non-refundable service fee

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across most of India, up to ₹10,000 per order. Not valid on customized or made-to-order products, international shipments, or bulk orders.

📦 Confirmation & Charges:

  • COD orders must be confirmed via OTP or WhatsApp
  • Unconfirmed COD orders are auto-cancelled after 48 hours
  • ₹99 COD charge applies (non-refundable)

🚚 Dispatch & Delivery:

  • COD parcels are dispatched only after confirmation
  • Customer must be available at delivery location to pay full amount

🚫 COD Abuse Protection:

  • Refusal or fake orders will result in COD ban for future purchases
  • Multiple failed attempts may lead to account blacklisting

7. Delays & Exceptions

We are not liable for delays caused by courier disruptions, natural calamities, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will support with rescheduling or claim assistance where possible.

8. Tips for Faster Delivery

  • Use prepaid payment for instant processing and free shipping
  • Ensure address and phone number are accurate
  • Place COD orders only when you're sure to accept delivery

9. Returns for Shipped Items

If you wish to return a delivered product, refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. For COD returns, refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer after inspection.
