Delivery Instructions Policy

Ensuring every Fauxx delivery reaches you securely and seamlessly.

1. Delivery Method & Scheduling

All Fauxx orders are shipped via standard courier services. At this time, we do not offer scheduled delivery or specific time-slot options. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, typically between 9 AM to 8 PM, depending on courier availability and location.

2. If You Miss a Delivery

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • The courier will attempt re-delivery on the next business day.
  • If both attempts fail, your parcel will be held at the local depot for 3–5 days.
  • Our team or the courier partner will contact you to arrange pickup or re-dispatch.

3. Special Delivery Protocols

  • Contactless delivery is followed when required or requested.
  • Certain locations may require gate entry permissions — please coordinate accordingly.
  • In some cases, the courier may ask for OTP verification or signature before handover.

4. Authorized Recipient

You may designate someone else to receive your order on your behalf, such as a family member, neighbor, or building staff. Please ensure:

  • Prior notification is given to our support team or courier (if applicable).
  • The authorized person is prepared to present ID if required by the courier.

5. Fragile & High-Value Deliveries

All Fauxx jewelry is packed securely with protective materials. We take great care to prevent damage during transit. For high-value items, tamper-proof seals and additional cushioning are used. Customers can also request insured delivery at an extra cost before dispatch.

6. Delivery Safety & Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure your shipping address and contact number are complete and accurate.
  • Fauxx is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or customer unavailability.
  • Report missing or damaged deliveries within 24 hours of receiving courier status updates.
  • If the outer packaging appears tampered, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately.

7. Support for Delivery Issues

If you face delivery issues, delays, or disputes, contact us with your Order Number and Tracking ID. We’ll coordinate with our courier partners to resolve it as quickly as possible.
